We've had this tree for three years and it's our two cats' (European Shorthair) favourite spot!
It's stable and can be placed anywhere in the room. It was easy to assemble and has moved flats with us once. The materials are durable. It has only shown slight signs of aging after three years (the metal ring becoming visible through the plush; some threads sticking out from the legs). Other than that, it is still nice to look at. The price tag is reasonable, from our perspective. We've had cheaper trees coming apart or becoming instable after two years.
Our two cats are European Shorthairs. Both have a lot of power running and jumping, and the tree is perfect for leading them up and down again with a feather on a rod. Even with our bigger cat running up in full speed, it has never even wobbled.

Ostimme Kilimandjaro kissanpuun ja olemme todenneet että se on huippulaatua. Todellakin rahoillesi vastinetta. Ei heilu eikä huoju vaikka kaksi kissaamme hyppii ylös ja alas toisiaan jahdaten. Kankaat, pehmusteet, sisalköysi ja runko on kaikki hyvin tehty.

Moni tuon korkuinen puu on pultattava seinään kiinni, mutta tämä on tukeva vaikka seisoisi keskellä lattiaa. Oli helppo kasata yksinkin, ohjeet ovat selkeät.
